We want you to love your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before ordering.

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
  • For hygiene reasons, wigs that have been worn, altered, or removed from packaging cannot be returned

  • Worn or used wigs
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Items marked as final sale

Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right immediately.

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos if applicable

Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
